Fogeam Community Guidelines

OUR PHILOSOPHY: TOTAL ADULT FREEDOM
Fogeam is an adult-oriented platform. Unlike traditional gaming spaces, we do not censor or restrict content based on "NSFW" tags. By default, every area of the Fogeam platform—including forums, profiles, and game pages—is treated as 18+. You are free to express yourself, provided you stay within our absolute red lines.
ABSOLUTE RED LINES (ZERO TOLERANCE)
Violation of these rules results in immediate and permanent account deletion without warning or balance recovery.

2.1 Real-World Crimes:
- Pedophilia & Zoophilia: Strictly prohibited as both in-game content and community discussion/media.
- Real-World Illegal Sales: The sale, distribution, or promotion of real-world drugs or illegal substances. (Note: In-game fictional drug use is permitted).
- Terrorism & Violence: Promotion of real-world terrorist organizations or direct threats of physical harm.

2.2 Severe Fraud:
- Distribution of phishing links, stolen payment credentials, or participation in financial scams.

CONDUCT & INTERACTION
3.1 Freedom of Speech: We do not police "offensive" language or profanity. Hard criticism and heated debates are permitted.
3.2 Social Bullying: While we don't ban for swearing, we do intervene in cases of psychological violence and persistent social bullying. If your behavior crosses the line into targeted harassment or doxxing, the moderation team will evaluate your account status at their sole discretion.
3.3 Impersonation: Pretending to be a developer, another user, or a platform representative is prohibited.
FAIR PLAY & HACKING
4.1 In-Game Cheating: Fogeam does not employ platform-wide anti-cheat. Play at your own risk.
4.2 Community Integrity: While you can cheat in your own game, the distribution or spreading of hacks, exploits, or malicious software within the Fogeam community is forbidden. We protect the platform's social integrity, not your high scores.
CONTENT SUBMISSION & PIRACY
5.1 Rights & Responsibility: Developers are solely responsible for the content they upload.
5.2 Piracy: Distributing copyrighted content you do not own will result in the game being archived or transferred to the rightful owner via our DMCA process. Repeat offenders will be banned.
ANONYMOUS REPORTING
6.1 Reporting Mechanism: All users have the right to report violations. Reporting is handled anonymously.
6.2 Abuse of System: Malicious or false reporting (e.g., trying to sabotage a rival developer) is a violation of these guidelines and may result in penalties against the reporter.
MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT
Fogeam's moderation team operates with full initiative. We do not follow a rigid "warning ladder" for all cases. Depending on the severity and intent, enforcement may range from content removal to instant and permanent account termination.
APPEALS
If you believe an action was taken in error, you may contact [email protected]. However, due to our focus on minimal data logging and user anonymity, once an account is deleted, the data is often unrecoverable.
