INTRODUCTION

3.1 IP Addresses: When you log in, your IP address and location are used momentarily to send a security notification to your email. This data is stored in volatile memory (RAM) for a maximum of 1 hour to prevent brute-force attacks and is never written to permanent storage.
3.2 No Tracking: Fogeam does not use third-party trackers (e.g., Google Analytics). All usage analysis is performed on our own private servers to improve user recommendations.
INFORMATION SHARING
4.1 Developer Access: Game developers may see your "Username" for in-game rankings or social features.
4.2 Email Privacy: Your email address is never shared with developers, other users, or third parties.
4.3 Zero Sale Policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data. Period.
CRYPTOCURRENCY & TRANSACTION PRIVACY
5.1 Ephemeral Invoices: When a payment invoice is generated, the associated crypto address and sender data are temporary.
5.2 Data Deletion: Once a transaction is completed, cancelled, or expired (after 1 hour), all associated payment metadata is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
5.3 Disconnected Links: There is no permanent link between your user profile and your external wallet address once the transaction is finalized.
DATA RETENTION & DELETION
6.1 No Permanent Records: We do not maintain long-term logs of your activity. You are free to navigate the platform without leaving a digital footprint on our systems.
6.2 Account Deletion: Upon a deletion request, all account data is removed from our active database within 7 days.
SECURITY & BREACH NOTIFICATION
7.1 Security Standards: We use industry-standard encryption to protect the minimal data we do store (emails/usernames).
7.2 Notification: In the event of a detected data breach, Fogeam commits to notifying affected users via their registered email within 72 hours.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Fogeam operates as an independent platform. By using our service, you acknowledge that we do not maintain the extensive data logging often required by certain regional jurisdictions (such as GDPR or KVKK) because we choose to prioritize your right to anonymity over data collection.
