Fogeam Terms of Service

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the Fogeam platform (www.fogeam.com), you acknowledge that you are entering an Adult Content Platform. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.
ELIGIBILITY & CONTENT CLASSIFICATION
2.1 Adult Content: Fogeam is primarily an adult-oriented platform. Regardless of individual game ratings, all content on the platform is treated as 18+. Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) to access any part of the service.
2.2 Global Access & Local Laws: Fogeam does not filter access based on country. However, users are responsible for complying with their local laws. Fogeam acknowledges the right of any government to restrict access to the platform based on local regulations; users assume all risks regarding the legality of accessing adult content in their region.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
3.1 Account Creation: A valid email and strong password are required.
3.2 Device Policy: Only one (1) active session/device is permitted per account at any given time.
3.3 Account Termination: Deletion requests must be submitted via support ticket. Deletion is processed within 7 days. Note: Even if a cancellation email is sent by the user during this period, the deletion process may still proceed to completion.
3.4 Data Loss: Upon account deletion, all purchased licenses and account balances are permanently forfeited and non-recoverable.
PAYMENTS & CRYPTOCURRENCY
4.1 Supported Units: Current supported currencies include LTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, BNB, and TRX. Fogeam reserves the right to modify this list at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Exchange Rates: Prices are calculated and locked based on the exchange rate at the exact moment the invoice is generated.
4.3 Errors & Losses: Fogeam cannot intervene in or recover funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or via unsupported networks. The user bears full responsibility for transaction accuracy.
REFUND & ADJUSTMENT POLICY
5.1 No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Since Fogeam provides instant withdrawal rights to developers, monetary or cryptocurrency refunds are not possible.
5.2 Technical Issues: If a game fails to launch, users should report the issue to support. We will contact the developers immediately to facilitate a fix. Technical issues do not grant a right to a refund.
5.3 Overpayment & Underpayment: If the amount sent does not match the invoice, or if payment is made after the 1-hour invoice window, the sent amount will be credited to the user's platform balance. To protect against market volatility, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from these manual balance adjustments.
ACCESS & USAGE
6.1 License Type: Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to access content as long as the Fogeam platform remains operational.
6.2 Offline Mode: Users are granted the freedom of offline play for a maximum period of 30 days, after which an online check-in is required to renew the local license.
USER CONDUCT & MODERATION
7.1 Community Standards: Moderation is at the sole discretion of the Fogeam team.
7.2 Enforcement: Violations of community guidelines typically begin with content removal.
7.3 Severe Violations: High-gravity offenses—including but not limited to the distribution of illegal drugs, pedophilic content, or zoophilic content—will result in immediate and permanent account deletion without warning or refund.
DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY
8.1 Service Availability: Fogeam is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damages or service interruptions.
8.2 No Specified Governing Law: Fogeam does not adhere to a specific national jurisdiction for disputes; all issues will be handled internally through our support and legal channels.
